A very relaxing, calming, holistic therapy that uses the natural energy of crystals to help balance the body, mind, and spirit. During a session, you’ll typically lie down fully clothed in our peaceful therapy room where specific crystals are placed on or around your body. Each crystal is chosen for its unique energetic properties and is placed on areas that correspond with your energy centres (also known as chakras). The crystals help to clear blockages, restore harmony, promote relaxation and emotional well-being. we may also incorporate a blend of specifically chosen aromatherapy oils to help enhance the actions of the crystals, and increases the benefits of restoring inner balance and complete harmony and deep relaxation.
