What is Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD)?

Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a specialised skin movement technique that uses light, rhythmic movements to stimulate the lymphatic system. This encourages the removal of toxins, reduces fluid retention, supports immune function, and promotes faster healing after surgery or injury.
