Restore Scar Therapy is a gentle yet powerful treatment designed to support the healing of scars on every level — physical, emotional, and mental. Whether your scar is new or old, post-surgical, oncology-related, or the result of trauma, this treatment is tailored to your unique healing journey.

We combine advanced, non-invasive techniques including Learn more about our Deep Oscillation, Red Light Therapy, Cupping, and kinesio taping, along with Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) movements, fascial release, and guided breathwork. Together, these approaches help improve mobility, reduce pain, itching, keloid formation, redness, swelling (oedema), numbness, and sensitivity. They also calm the nervous system, promote lymphatic flow, and encourage healthy tissue regeneration.

As this scar had been opened up twice there was a lot of underlying adhesion and the collagen formation had got very compact.

Measuring for Compression Garments

As part of your lymphoedema management, I offer a specialised compression garment measuring service to ensure the perfect fit and effectiveness of your garments.

Properly fitted compression is essential for supporting lymphatic flow, reducing swelling, and maintaining long-term results. During your appointment, I’ll take precise measurements and assess your specific needs to help determine the most appropriate garment type, class, and style.

I can arrange garments through the NHS, either via prescription from your GP or through Patient Choice — an approved online pharmacy specialising in compression and wound care prescriptions. For ongoing care, your garments can be reviewed and updated every 6 months if required.

This service ensures that your compression is not only clinically appropriate but also comfortable and suited to your lifestyle.
