For Treatments:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This can be done via the Fresha App or by emailing nicola@lymphdrainagesurrey.co.uk.
For Products:
Refunds are available for unused, unopened items returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us via email at hello@nimanaskincare.co.uk before returning any items. Refunds do not apply to personalised or custom-made items unless faulty.
