Facial Massage Sequence

Hold your Gua Sha at a 15–45° angle to your skin for best contact and pressure.

Neck (always start here for lymphatic drainage)

• Side of neck: From jawline down to collarbone (5 strokes per side).

• Back of neck: From hairline down to shoulders (5 strokes).

Jawline

• From chin along jaw to earlobe (5 strokes each side).

Cheeks

• From side of nose across cheek to temple (5 strokes each side).

Under Eye

• Gently from inner eye corner to temple (use light pressure, 5 strokes each side).

Brow Area

• From middle of brow out to temple (5 strokes each side).
